Please note that there is a $1.50 ticket fee + $1 facility fee for every ticket sold online.  Box Office Sales have only the $1 facility fee for every ticket sold.

Ticket Policies and Terms

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES

Only Season Ticket Holders with unused season tickets can exchange their tickets for General Admission to any remaining Dirty Birds regular season home game (subject to availability). All other unused tickets are not valid past the date of the game printed on the ticket and may not be exchanged for any future game unless the Rain Check Policy applies.

Age Policy

Any child 4 years of age or older are required to have a ticket. Children 3 and under will receive free admission, tickets can be obtained at the box office upon arrival.

Ticket Assurance

For just $2 more you can add Ticket Assurance to your individual ticket! This insures if you have to miss a game for any reason that ticket can be exchanged for any future game as long as it remains unused!

Never a Wasted Ticket Program

The Charleston Dirty Birds use the Never a Wasted Ticket program as a benefit for our full season and half season ticket holders. 

Resale and Distribution of Tickets

Charleston Dirty Birds Tickets may not be re-sold and/or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. Dirty Birds management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed. This revocation right includes season tickets, group tickets, single game tickets, or any promotional tickets.

Will Call Information

The Charleston Dirty Birds offers Virtual Will Call where tickets can be emailed or texted to the desired parties of your choice.  Contact the Box Office for more information.
