The gates open an hour prior to first pitch every game.

Parking is available in the Plaza East parking lot off of Morris Street across from Gomart Ballpark. The Charleston Dirty Birds are not responsible for payment of parking.

Should a game be canceled due to inclement weather we will notify individuals via email and post the announcement across our social media channels.

Rain check tickets are only good for the rescheduled game date. Simply present your ticket at the box office on the rescheduled game date.

If you purchased ticket assurance your ticket will be good for any game during the regular season. Simply present your ticket at the box office at any game during the regular season.

Please note, we will try our best to get you the same seats as you previously purchased. However, if this is not possible we will get you as close as possible to your original seat location.

Gomart Ballpark is a cashless facility. For those that prefer to still use cash, can get a cash card at the Box Office, Team Store, or the Tudor's/Gino's Fan Assistance Center. There is not an ATM on site.

The Charleston Dirty Birds reserve the right to search and inspect all bags brought into Gomart Ballpark.

Outside food and drink and/or coolers are not permitted into Gomart Ballpark.

Visitors are more than welcome to bring umbrellas into the facility so long as they’re not obstructing views or being used as a weapon.

There are two main concession stands located on the 1st and 3rd base side of Gomart Ballpark. Vendors and portables are also located throughout the ballpark.

There are two family restrooms located in Gomart Ballpark, along with two Men's and two Women's restrooms.

The Tudor's/Gino's Fan Assistance Center is located on the first base side of the concourse. A Dirty Birds employee will be there at all times to answer any questions and provide assistance as needed!

The Box Office is located off of Morris Street at the main gate in right field. The Box Office is open Monday-Friday 11am to 4pm. On gamedays the Box Office is open 9:30am through the middle of the 7th inning.

The Team Store is located next to the main gate and is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. On gamedays it is open 9am-5pm and during the game until 10 minutes after the game. On fireworks nights, it is open until the fireworks start.

Gomart Ballpark is a smoke-free facility. There is a smoking section located outside the front gate.

Our Megablast Fireworks show takes place every Saturday night. Fireworks will begin 10 minutes after the completion of the game!
